Our popular team building package is structured as follows:

We break your group up into smaller groups and engage them in two different activities:

Putting and Team Building

On the putting green, we introduce them to the proper technique used in putting. Green reading, distance control, posture and setup all being discussed and demonstrated. Following that practice, your groups would have a chance for some 1 on 1 time with players and finishing off with a mini golf tournament. Each player will navigate the course setup on the green and record a score. Lowest score through the holes of “Mini-Marlborough” wins. This will take about 45 minutes.

Swinging and Team Building

The other activity is a full swing clinic. The range will be set with balls in stations and equipment provided. The pro will give an introduction to the full swing, with technique, setup, posture and an overall understanding of what it takes to make a solid contact. Then the guests will have a chance to swing irons and hit balls while we can give them some 1 on 1 time. This also takes about 45 minutes.

Both groups build relationships and get introduced to the great game of golf. Many companies have had success with this exercise as it builds team moral and introduces employees to a new skill.
